No. Both gels absorb quickly into the skin without leaving any greasy residue, so you can get dressed straight after application.

GSIL is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to the presence of camphor and menthol. If you have any concerns, please consult your healthcare professional before use.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form or at bonjour@gsil.fr so we can intervene before the order is processed.

Once the order has been prepared or shipped, no modifications can be made. For cancellations, please contact us quickly, as once the parcel has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

At each stage of your order, you will receive an email notification, including:

  • Delivery confirmation from our carrier

Delivery

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery takes 2 to 3 business days via Home Delivery, Relay Point, or Pickup.

We prepare parcels Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders are processed twice daily by our logistics team: at 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

If you place your order after 1:00 p.m. on Friday, it will only be shipped the following Monday.

Your order is delivered to the address of your choice.
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. on weekdays are shipped within 2-3 business days.

Your parcel may be:

  • Hand-delivered
  • Placed in your letterbox
  • Left with a trusted person (neighbour, concierge, etc.)

If you are not home, a delivery notice will be left. You can then schedule another delivery or collect the parcel from your nearest post office.

At the moment, we only ship within Australia and New Zealand.

For home delivery: First, check with your neighbours to see whether the parcel was received in your absence. If it is still missing, contact us via our contact form so we can find a solution together.

For all other delivery methods: Please contact us via our contact form, and we will resolve the issue together.

We take great care when packaging our products, but parcels can occasionally be mishandled during transit.

If a product arrives damaged, please send us:

  • A photo of the damaged product
  • A photo of the outside of the packaging

You can send these via our contact form or by email at bonjour@gsil.fr. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged on arrival, please note this when signing for the delivery.

Under our returns policy, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return a product that is unopened and in its original condition. Please note that your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) also apply, and you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty or misdescribed goods regardless of this policy.

To create your account:

  1. Go to the "Login" section on the homepage.
  2. Select "Create an account."
  3. Enter your email address, and a login code will be sent to that address.

Please make sure to use the same email address you will use when placing your order.

To update your personal information, log in via the "My Account" section and click on your initials in the top-right corner of the screen. From there you can update:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Postal address

If you wish to delete your GSIL account, contact us via the contact form or by email at sales@gsil.com.au

Please note that once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to your order history, although you can create a new account using the same email address.

Product Quality

Whenever possible, we prioritise ingredients from certified organic farming. We carefully select suppliers who are committed to natural and organic ingredients. For more details, please consult the product pages.

GSIL products are developed entirely in-house. Our marketing team works closely with the Quality department to design and develop products that meet your needs and expectations.

Most of the plants we select have a high concentration of standardised active compounds, ensuring proper dosage and effectiveness. During formulation, ingredients are systematically reviewed against current industry standards and recommendations.

The 12-month symbol (12M) on our packaging indicates the Period After Opening: the recommended time to use the product after you first open it for best results. This is different from an expiry date, which you can find printed on the top of the tube..

Our tubes are made from PE (polyethylene), one of the most widely recyclable plastics.
